I think this will help to lower the cost of healthcare. I assume cons will say this is a job killer.

They should only sell full cartons to discourage new smokers. No single packs.

LOL ... Conservatives DO NOT NEED to angry over the STUPIDITY of OTHERS - like a lot of Californians and their LOSER GOV Jerry Brown who could never get any where ... most govs of California move up in Politics - some become Presidents, all Jerry could do was bounce from Sacramento to Oakland and he only did that much cuz of his famous Gov. father ... Jerry Brown is just a stagnant ol' FART with even dumber followers , I hope he gets busted for the corruption he is under investigation for as well so the ol' FART goes down in flames .. LOL !

Don't give a flying f what California chooses for California until it starts effecting us all. They are the biggest welfare state in the country, that's a problem because it takes away resources. They refuse to punish illegals, which is a national security issue. They even register illegals to vote and give them drivers licenses, which is fraud and a safety issue. California causes us ALL very real problems, yet idiots think the rest of the country should be run like California...the state that makes millions from Hollywood as it exploits child actors for money who regularly turn out to be drug-addicted, alcoholic problem adults.
If California wants to raise the legal age of cigarettes, then maybe they actually consider prosecuting people for breaking the current laws before making new laws.

So all 12 California smokers between the ages of 18 and 20 won't be able buy them anymore!
There goes the economy.

It won't make a lick of difference. Most people who start smoking start when they're in their early teens. It isn't legal for them to buy cigarettes anyway...

Go ahead put a fag in your mouth. We don't care. It is the liberals that want to control your diet and lifestyle not the Republicans. It is your right to kill yourself.
