With the Republican Party in such disarray, why do they think they can put America back on the right track and "Make America Great Again"?

The Republicans are unable to run their own Organization, what makes them think they can operate the affairs of the American people, the economy, foreign relations, etc.? They have a buffoon as a nominee. They want to control him and have been unable to do so. Seems they would realize you can't fix stupid. Even if they could train him to act like he has American values and morals, it would only be an act. They want a puppet, not a leader. The election is over for them and they know it. Is why they cannot raise any money worth mentioning and why they are spending none. Bill and Hillary are laughing all the way to the White House. What do you think?

A populist faction of the GOP is fighting an elitist faction right now--an elitist faction, I add, little different from the Democratic Party. Is Trump merely acting? That's hard to say, but he's a better performer than he is a businessman. We've not had a good populist voice in an electoral race since Ross Perot's short-lived Reform Party of the 1990s. I for one look forward to the type of politicians of both parties that we've grown accustomed to for the past generation being dethroned.
