Once we find out the contents of the note the Tennessee church killer left in his car, I am positive that we will also find out that he listened to right-wing radio and watched FOX news quite a bit and that the right-wing media whipped him into a fury of murderous hatred towards liberals.

No, they can't be considered accomplices if they had no idea of what he was planning.



However, there can be lawsuits if they can tie the lies and hate speech from the right wing media to the delusions in the killers head.

No. But the right wing media should be held accountable for purposely deceiving their listeners and providing false information. There is a reason why Fox viewers have the most inaccurate understanding of the events of 9/11 and the aftermath. That station is full of people who knowingly lie because they hate liberals so much they are willing to do anything to avoid human progress.
