It doesn't matter how many oil stocks Bush has. Once he got elected president of the US all his assets were frozen. It is illegal for anyone holding a public office to gain monetarily from that office.

when Bush became president all of his assets were put into an irrevocable blind trust until he is no longer in office. this is actually a requirement of every US president since the great depression.
