They don't have enough sense to understand that.  Instead, they want to decrease federal income while demanding more money be spent, especially on the military.

Taxes have be the reason for the American revolution. if the taxes exceed our income there may be another revolution.There must be a limitation to the constant raise of taxes.

Senior citizen have paid taxes all their life time. A when a spouse dies the Gov nixes his income that was shared with the wife and vice versa. This is not the case in Europe where the spouse collects both pensions.

So we end up with a world where a tax means that the government thinks it can spend your money better than you can.

When taxes are used ONLY for the few things authorized in the Constitution. When everyone pays the same flat tax rate.

Taxation is not the only way to pay for public services, in fact it's an inferior way because it makes the state reliant on corporations, making regulatory capture much easier. The state lacks any financial basis of its own, thus in practice it is essentially powerless, and is easily captured by the private sector. "Public" services that result from this tend to be very low quality and usually only come into existence from a lot of civil unrest, then slowly become privatized again and fall apart.

Btw, it's not actually true that taxation is needed under the current system.

thats actually not true .. some services do deserve a reserved fee, but taxes as a whole in a society that uses a 100% fiat money thats just printed off needs zero taxes .. if you 'are' getting taxed somebody has put themselves in the position of middle man and is skimming money off for themselves ... the colonists under Franklin proved how it 'should' work by controlling the printing of their own currency before england outlawed it .. they simply controlled the supply for the 'good of the people' and not to make profit .. it worked 'too good' for the bank of england .. the hardship that resulted from england banning their currency and imposing taxes is by and large what led to the unrest that sparked the revolution ..

The major expense is military, which is spent so the rich can get weapons profits, oil profits and heroin/cocaine profits. Banking profits, intelligence profits, reconstruction profits, none of which is given back to the taxpayers, except for maybe a small amount of tax, if they even pay tax. So this is why you are left with a debt for a tenth of all the money in the world, much of which is to China and Saudi Arabia, who have shown that they will not let it go if anyone tries to screw them over. Of course, the people in charge there are pretty much in on the same deal, screwing over the people, the masses, so they personally can get rich. The side they're on, is their side, the rich elite of the world, or their own family, them as a person. That's their side, not your side.

No one complains about taxes for security and infrastructure. Things the individual cannot provide for themselves. 

Buy your own stuff for your own existence and personal upkeep and conservatives will not prattle on about taxation.
