The Electoral Commission states 'Investigations should be dealt within 6 months of the first enquiry'

So why did it take 33 months for action to be taken against The Liberal Democrats?
http://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/news-and-media/news-releases/electoral-commission-media-centre/news-releases-donations/south-thanet-liberal-democrats-forfeit-donation

Within less than three months of the first Enquiry, UKIP have been taken to court over the same matter no less then three times within four months,Why is this?

The BNP were taken to court this year, regarding their constitution by Equality Human Rights Commission.

Now isn't it strange, that the only two Political Parties in this country who would definitely take us out of the European Union are nearly been Bankrupted before a General Election?

It almost smells like Fascism,Crushing your opposition so you can never be removed from power.

What do you think?

p.s i want you to answer on the facts of the Question, this isn't about the actual Political Parties or their Policies.

Thanks!

I think you're right to question what's going on here. The 2 articles on the 800 pound "impermisable donation" is small fry & they are using that to undermine and yes bankrupt the opposition.

The other form of attacking the opposition is shown in the 3rd article on race discrimination. Look I hail from the USA, as you know, and we have our melting pot over here but I don't have any issue whatsoever with the people of Great Britain wanting to preserve their identity, history and people. Besides, multiculturalism in general and the EU in particular are both means to bring an end to the "quaint notion" of national sovereignty so that a NWO can emerge with people having no control, no recourse over policy. This is about global control not racial equality or regional injustice tho they will package it as such.

Aside from the BNP story, I know nothing about this, other than the links provided, so that's all I can comment on.

The Lib Dem link points to an improper donation received in June 08. By Sept 08, the Lib Dems had agreed to hand it back - that's a 3 month turnaround.

The UKIP link also covers dodgy financial donations, no mention of a timeline, but it does mention that the UKIP didn't willing hand back money, they were compelled by the court to do so.

The 3rd link doesn't even mention the Electoral Commission?? It mentions the EHRC commission contacting the BNP in June, and as we know come Dec, the BNP will more than likely amend their rules as requested.

Obviously there's more to these 3 issues than appears on these links, but I can't see anything wrong with anything the 3 parties were asked to do, or the time they were allowed to comply??

Because as you point out there Euro sceptic so need to be dealt with as sadly they might be soon by the EU under some nasty directive watch this space. The main three can get away with murder because there basically the same Pro EU centrists so will not upset the elite and there agenda. They can't be to direct against the Euro sceptics so use under hand tactics at the moment but that will change when the EU flex's its muscle. That's why we need a protest movement of every day people to challenge the political elite and demand a say on our nations future.

Its selective prosecution or persecution, my dad used to a member of a Catholic social club the RUC would march in demand to see the members list, "right he's sinn fein so is he his brothers sinn fein" "right accounts books now" then they'd slap a closure order on the bar. Next day the judge would be telling the manager to throw the closure order in the bin. Month later RUC back in again "entertainment license" sorry don't have one "that man in the corner playing the ulliean pipes your in breach of the NI licensing laws" slap another closure order on the bar. What was so funny is the cop in charge of the licensing enforcement was a Catholic himself. If the authorities want to persecute you they will get around it and bend every law they can. Maybe not the answer your looking for but there are similarities.

Yes, it does seem like a bit of bullying has been going on.
