After swearing to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, SO HELP HIM GOD, did Obama lie & mock God to get in?

Sort of like people take vows before God to remain faithful as husband and wife until death do they part, but to them it was merely a formality and a joke? And a note to atheists: This question is directed to people who actually do believe in God, sort of like that chewing gum was directed toward people who actually chew gum.

Barack Obama: I am.

Considering that we still have the Constitution, he's preserved it.

Considering that the Constitution is still in force, he's protected it.

Considering that Obama hasn't proposed forcing Supreme Court justices to be elected or have term limits (like some other people), he's defended the Constitution.

And considering that Obama hasn't been charged with any crimes, he has "faithfully executed" the office.



So, where's the lie?

I would say yes, Obama lied and incidentally mocked God in the process. I would add it was premeditated, too.



This question reminded me of the foul-up J. Roberts had (with his conscience?) during the original oath and the swearing in ceremony.
