Well, there were WMD's found and Asia can attest to the bird flu. I never heard of kids going to prison for writing jokes in the bathroom.

I always have plastic bags in my house and duct tape in my garage anyways.

It seems as if having the kids scrub all the bathroom walls and floors for a month would be punishment enough. Don't know why they'd go to prison. seems extreme.

Duct tape could be useful under some circumstances in certain attack situations. (A shower and scrub brush are what is used in the field to remove radioactive contamination.)

At one time, having a bomb shelter in your yard was pretty common -so, duct tape really doesn't seem too drastic.
