Question:
Why is Tomi Lahren seen here disrespecting the US Flag? Does she hate the military?

As one person put it:

"If you’re okay with people carving up the flag into a costume but not with them kneeling before it, maybe it’s not about the flag."

That's the very opposite of disrespecting the flag. Only libertards would think otherwise

Do people really want the truth? I'm not sorry to say, but majority of the left only care about ideology. It's their way or the highway. We have two main parties. Sometimes the republicans win sometimes the dems win. We put up with the obamas for 8 years while they cannot even last one year. Libs just like to hear themselves complain.

She very much respects the military and our flag, unlike you radicals who would only buy it to burn it.

She's wearing the Flag in an attempt to cover herself in patriotism, but it's still not good Flag etiquette.

The Sweat bands on her wrists is so 70's, she might has well had one on her head! LOL!

Apparently, Tomi Lahren wants to look patriotic, and that's what she interprets as looking patriotic. I do disagree with her politics, that much I will openly admit. While I am not offended by it, I do see that she is in violation of the US Flag Code. There's a provision in there that states that the flag, nor its design, is to be used in apparel. What's not in the US Flag Code, is a provision saying that when the national anthem is being played, all persons are to rise.

You are so stupid its not disrespectful its honoring shes a patriot and loves america there no malicious intent

No matter the intention, treating the flag like a costume is still disrespectful. That way, NFL players pay more respect than Tomi Lahren. But one has to ask if NFL players are really protesting the flag or the social injustices faced by Black Americans.

Anytime the flag is worn as a drape. It can be construed as being offensive.

Why? = I don't know.

But based on the female form that happens to be supporting that flag, I don't see any disrespect at all.

There is no law against using the flag or symbols that way. it might be frowned upon on wearing the stars and stripes this way .

It's not seen as disrespectful. She definitely wants to participate. In fact it looks like she

wants to use it to fly somewhere. Let me explain something to you. It's not the act

itself, but the sentiment, and intended purpose behind it. Have you asked her what

her intended purpose was, or how she feels about the flag??? I didn't think so.
not

It's not about the flag. That whole stand for the Anthem business is like a memorial or candlelight vigil. It's a moment for those who gave and gave all so we the entitled could be gathered here today for a play day. Glad to see people finally realising that it's maybe not about the flag.

Many people just think military. The song is about a military engagement. But you could think about anyone who made that day possible for you and your heart still be in the right place; grandpa or Martin Luther King for example.

Well for one thing she isn't protesting what a terrible, awful country she lives in. She actually loves this country. The left just looks for reasons to be upset.

They don't carve up a US flag, they use fabric with stars and stripes designs. Further it is like flag burning. It is all about intention. The proper disposal of flags that are too worn to be usable is to burn them. Burning a flag to dispose of worn-out flag is seen as respectful, while as the are well aware, people who burn flags in protest are trying to disrespect.

Note the whole "protest" being discussed and the distinct lack of protest being discussed for this costume.

Now IFFFFF you case is that BLM and their movement has nothing to do with the flag or disrespecting the troop or disrespecting the US,..... Cool. Stop kneeling then. Use another form of protest. They are bringing the flag into this debate. While people like you want to yimmer and yammer about how you are too stupid to understand the difference in intentionally disrespecting the flag on national TV WHEN they are supposed to be working.

You don't even have a consistent message because you are too indoctrinated to think. If I started preaching to people about religion AT WORK, you would have no problem with me being fired. That is because you are too indoctrinated to avoid being hypocritical.

The website link you posted says nothing about her cutting up an actual flag - it could have just been a costume made from other materials. In which case, everyone is probably getting worked up over nothing.

Haven't you heard? There are different rules for what a conservative can do and what a liberal can do. If a conservative does it, no matter what it is, it's o.k. If a liberal does the exact same thing, he or she is a un-American scumbag who deserves to be attacked.
