Question:
Is this the end of the road for Obama since he simply is unable to face up to America's problems?

There are lessons from the stumbling of Mr Obama for our own country as we approach a general election. Vacuous promises of change are hostages to fortune if they cannot be delivered upon to improve the living conditions of a people.

The slickness of campaigning that comes from a combination of heavy funding and public relations expertise does not inevitably translate into an ability to govern. There is no point a nation's having the audacity of hope unless it also has the sophistication and the will to turn it into action.

As things stand, Barack Obama and America under his leadership do not.

Leadership requires three simple things, Character, Integrity and Honor, all of these

are not included in the Obama structure, So we are seeing the opposite of what

we should be getting.

"Vacuous promises of change are hostages to fortune if they cannot be delivered upon to improve the living conditions of a people."

Things have changed. The Dow is at 11k and we are spending our money on our own country rather than running around trying to bring democracy to every third world hellhole that decides to cross us. If McCain was in I bet we would be at war with Somalia right now. N. Korea might have also gotten attacked.

The British journalist you are quoting does not speak for the majority of the American people.

"There is no point a nation's having the audacity of hope unless it also has the sophistication and the will to turn it into action."

We should all be hopeless (LIKE THE UK).

He did his extraordinary to make race incredibly than his pastor's racist comments the venture. Take a jiffy to income the speech. It specific replaced right into a lot greater suitable "inspiring" together as he replaced into delivering it in his sermonizing type than it particularly is as quickly as you learn it.

Reagan promised to reduce Carter's national debt - instead he tripled it.

Bush Sr. promised not to raise taxes - he did.

Bush Jr. promised to be a "Uniter", to not meddle in markets and to not fight "nation building wars" - he lied about all 3 things. Oh yeah, he doubled the National Debt too.

I dont agree with Obama either, but its obvious the Government is to large when everyone sits back, hopes for the government to take care of everything, then blame them for whatever they seem to have done wrong.

The day he was sworn in was the end of the road for him. A one term loser.
