Question:
Is it possible to have a "Militia of One"? Is that kind of like today's Army Slogan of "Army of One"?

Even though "Army of One" is a complete crock of BS recruiting slogan - since the Army is made up of hundreds of thousands of people?

So if we've established that a "militia of one" is not possible.. Then the obvious converse is a militia of many. Does this mean that to be a private gun owner - one must join himself to a group - or a militia... and be "well regulated".. Meaning standards must be met, and regulations adhered to?

No.

regulated: Adjusted by rule, method or forms; put in good order; subjected to rules or restrictions.

MILI'TIA, n. [L. from miles, a soldier; Gr. war, to fight, combat, contention. The primary sense of fighting is to strive, struggle, drive, or to strike, to beat, Eng. moil, L. molior; Heb. to labor or toil.] The body of soldiers in a state enrolled for discipline, but not engaged in actual service except in emergencies; as distinguished from regular troops, whose sole occupation is war or military service. The militia of a country are the able bodied men organized into companies, regiments and brigades, with officers of all grades, and required by law to attend military exercises on certain days only, but at other times left to pursue their usual occupations.

(I got the definition from 1828 Webster’s dictionary because it is the one I found that's closest to the time the U.S. Constitution was written.)

I find it hard to believe that during the Revolutionary War the framers of the Constitution would have taken issue with a civilian acting alone in combat operations against the British. "Ah, we really appreciate your assistance in defeating our oppressors, but firing a gun without others present... jeez. Militia is inherently plural, bro. I'm afraid we'll have to take your guns. Thanks again for bravely standing up to the enemy, but bring some pals next time, k?"

Interesting concept.

Shall we give everyone a nuclear weapon of their own and wait for the results?
