Eric Holder urged the Dayton Police Department to lower their testing standards for new recruits so that more of “his people” could get in despite having failing scores on the tests.
Instead of finding a way to help blacks better prepare for these types of exams and to help them rise up to the standard, Holder falls back on the greatest tragedy of affirmative action: lowering the bar and expectations of those it’s meant to help.
This has already happened to our schools where it's now considered an assault upon a person's self-esteem to fail them....
Dayton residents, are they going to feel safer with 'failures' answering their call for help?
