B)

If I have even just 5 percent of romney's income, not only could I pay off all of my student loans for the rest of my college career, but I could also get my parents out of debt, send both of my little sisters to any college, and probably be able to afford moderately nice house. And yet here I am up to my eyeballs in tuition and medical bills. I can barely afford to buy my buss pass each month even though I have a part time job and go to school full time. My parents make too much for me to get a pell grant and I'm too young to be independent of my parents legally so that 5,000 dollars a year that would save me years of being in debt is just chump change to romney.

You are aware that Congress created the tax code. They authored it in such a way that those with capital have more options in preventing such from being taxed.

Nancy Pelosi was emphatic that Romney's refusal to release all the tax returns, as requested by the unbiased press, demonstrates that Romney is unfit to be the republican's candidate. Harry Reid's comment went even further, that Romney failure to release all of his returns would make him "unfit to be even a dogcatcher."

However, neither Pelosi nor Reid believes that this 'standard of transparency' (as Obama and the political left call it), applies directly to themselves. Both individuals have refused repeated requests for their tax records. Not uncommon, and most in Congress maintain the same response.

Consider that both Reid and Pelosi have a great deal of say about our illogical and incomprehensible tax code, both would prefer that it not be recognized that they also made serious income and asset gains through this same tax code.

C) give me the name of your tax attorney

The funniest part about this is how the left attacked Herman Cain for his 999 plan which would have had all people paying the same and eliminated almost ALL of the loop holes that seem to get liberals panties in a bunch all the time.

Ever heard the expression "Shot your self in the foot"? I mean the left attacks any one that has an idea to do away with the inequities in the tax codes and then turn around and cry about the inequities in the tax codes.

Romney's tax situation is just another piece of meat that Obama threw to the Tingle crowd to keep them from realizing how inept he is as President.

Obama should be starting to worry about the amount of meat left in the meat bag. He's been a complete failure at every aspect of his job, and some of his supporters have noticed.

Blaming Bush and talking about Romney's wealth...

Dude, even Chris Matthews has noticed that something is wrong!

Romney pays taxes on his investments just like anyone else pays on their investments. Investment is 15% taxed, then he is taxed again on his income- so by the end of all the taxes he pays at least 50% of what he takes in to the Govt to WASTE and put us all in more debt- then expect to take more from ALL OF US. He pays what he is suppose to pay.

Why is Warren Buffett who owes 1 BILLION in taxes- in court fighting not to pay it? Then standing next to Obama? Think about that one for a minute.

Why did GE corp make 14 Billion in profits and not pay one penney to Govt in taxes? GE CEO Immelt is Obamas Job Czar- by the way.

If any corruption is going on here- its right next to Obama.

Why did Soros the One World dreamer make 8 Billion in 3 years time under Obama regime, when it took Soros decades to make his 14 Billion he had before Obama came along. ?

"it particularly is incorrect. the corporate is taxed 35% on earnings and then 15% on his capital positive aspects, so he quite pays 50% taxes." it particularly is in itself "incorrect" with the aid of fact by way of the time to you ingredient in exemptions & deductables many agencies (say GE & Exxon) walk away with paying 0% income tax inspite of having billions in income. by the type, standard companions in investment agencies are able to gets a commission reimbursement as "Capital positive aspects" (15%) particularly of it being considered common income (a undeniable tax rule mentioned as carried pastime). The Caryle group abused the hell of it (completely criminal). In 2011, its 3 founders have been each and each paid approximately $one hundred forty million. yet they gained purely $275,000 in gross revenues and yet another $3.5 million in one in each of those an advantage (taxed as common income). the the remainder of it, approximately $134 million according to companion, replaced into purely taxed on the 15%.

Taxes are paid on net after legal deductions. If he committed no crime I have no problem.

Are you implying that you do not take every deduction you are legally entitled? If you do take those deductions why do you expect a different standard from somebody else? Hypocritical, isn't it?

I would be surprised if Romney has broken any laws of any kind. The tax code is what it is.

Well, B, I suppose. But the taste of it isn't so hot. One more super-rich ego to whom the rules the rest of us must follow, don't apply.

Kennedy was rich. Governor Romney is no Jack Kennedy!

If you do not like the laws, run for office and change them.
