Benghazi - What DID Obama actually DO when he said "I did everything in my power to"?

....... protect those folks?" Ah......... Send the requested security help - BEFORE the attack? Close the consulate, if he "COULDN'T" protect it? Send military aid - "NO ONE KNEW" how long the attack would take place, could have been days.... and help WAS "READY TO GO" - an hour and half away! Good chance that even a "close in flyby" would have given personnel some additional cover. We did "NOTHING! Unlike.... Bush embassy attacks - Benghazi embassy/consulate personnel were APPEALING FOR HELP and "WARNING" about possible attacks - directly to the State Dept!

Worse.... why didn't Obama just NOT ans the question rather than ,"I did everything in my power to help protect those folks!" Reminds you of something more recent...... Re the Tea Party/IRS - (Obama) "There was absolutely NO corruption in the IRS." This was "BEFORE" there was even an investigation - which is "still ongoing," a year later!!!! Go figure?

He did nothing but he was correct when he said he did everything in his power. The man has no leadership skills or governing skills so he is powerless when it comes to making important decisions. He was basically put in office because the low information voters like the pretty speeches he gave.

Hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20. Suggesting that we send troops in after the attack had occurred is lunacy. Our armed forces and security apparatus chose not to be lunatics.



Another piece of hindsight: Was it prudent for GOP/Teabaggers to vote to slash the security budget for the State Department?



As to the "IRS" scandal, there is none. The scandal is that Americans are being forced to tax-subsidize shady teabagging groups that do nothing but launder political donations from rich people. I resent the hell out of having to subsidize GOP/Teabaggers and rich people.



Oh, and the reasons that these sham investigations are on-going, is that through months and months (and millions and millions of our tax dollars being wasted), GOP/Teabaggers have simply produced nothing more than unsupported allegations. That's it. Not a scintilla of proof after all of this time and money.
