Question:
Does the government really need to fund 'Asian enrichment classes'?

Thanks to the federal governments Asia Literate Grant to Schools program millions will be wasted giving enrichment classes in Indonesian, Japanese and Chinese to local communities. Wouldn't the money be better spent on the reconstruction of Queensland and other disaster areas?

I can't believe they let labor supporters live amongst us sane, law abiding, tax paying citizens.

Yes, it does!

I sure wish you wankers would stop for a little while and crawl back up John, also known as "George Bush's suppository", Howard's **** to give the sane people in this country a rest from YOUR insanity.

We are part of Asia wether you like it or not and the sooner you accept this the sooner you will be able to wean yourself off the real taxpayers funded medication.

Life in the real world goes on so there is no need to stop worthwhile programs like this because like in any disaster, life must return to normality to let the healing process begin.

And just for your Information, my house and area was one of those effected by the recent floods and I can only hope that YOUR taxes will pay to repair the damaged infrastructure, just the thought of that has made me smile for the first time in weeks!

This goes along with my question I just asked. No, they should not. They should teach knowledge and real world career applications.
