The National Security Agency currently is collecting the telephone records of millions of U.S. customers of Verizon under a top secret court order, Britain's Guardian newspaper said Wednesday.

The order was granted by the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court on April 25 and was good until July 19, the newspaper said. The order requires Verizon, one of the nation's largest telecommunications companies, on an "ongoing, daily basis" to give the NSA information on all telephone calls in its systems, both within the U.S. and between the U.S. and other countries.


Under Bush - The program was used to track calls of FOREIGN origin into the US.

Everything is Bush's fault, because he was a republican, and nothing is Obama's fault because he's a democrat.

I'm not being a smarty-face here. Most people are capable of seeing the flaws in their elected officials, even though they may have thought he was the best for the job. They looked at the choices and decided that this was the best one. A few people cannot separate themselves from the person they voted for, the party they follow, and take anything smacking of criticism personally. There are people on both sides who do that, and they're very vocal.

This is Obama preparing for a war against America. Why else has the Federal Government bought 10X the ammo used in Iraq? They have bought numerous urban warfare vehicles. Now they are tapping domestic citizens lines. President Bush was a godsend to the U.S., who kept us safe from terror. Now, the government is terror.
