Unless his defense was that he believed he was above the law, that statement is out of line. Shows bias of some sort and may be enough to have her decisions challenged.

We all know, Trump's tweet point towards him always in a state of confusion.

I doubt he was confused. To be confused, Trump would have to READ the judge's opinion and actually take it seriously.



I think instead Trump just ignores anything people say that he doesn't want to believe, including the words of judges in cases that rule against him.
