So that seems to be the paradigm. people argue that the real hard workers are the labourers while all the rich people sit in offices and have easier jobs. is that true? people say that its not fair that a CEO makes more money than the labourer, and that they dont deserve that money or that job.Why not? unless maybe they got it from their parents and really didn't work for it. Can some explain to me why they are greedy and dont deserve im kinda confused.

It's even worse than having gotten it from their parents. Many of them lied, cheated, or stole, to get their money.

For example, Bill Gates got his start in the computer operating system business by telling IBM that he could sell them something that he didn't really own, and then tricking the actual owner into selling it to him for much less than the price would have been if he had been honest about who the real customer was.

Lucille Ball worked out a contract that let her have the recordings of "I Love Lucy" for just the cost of recording, by pretending that it was just to be able to sell them to her kids. The TV company didn't realize until later that they had sold her the rights to the profits from the reruns without even realizing it.

Donald Trump financed casinos by borrowing money that he wasn't going to be able (or willing) to pay back, used some of the money to put his name on practically everything in the casinos, and then after the casinos went bankrupt, forced the creditors to pay him even more money to be allowed to leave his name on the stuff because it would have cost to much to replace everything.

George Washington inherited incredible amounts from deceased relatives. And most of the actual work was done by slaves.

You should never listen to what " people say" with such a blanket statement especially about people........... people are people each and every one of is different, each and everyone of us with strengths and skills. So someone who digs a road would need to have physical strength, someone who is a businessman/women has great strategic thinking, those people couldn't do each others job to the same standards. You really can't attach greed to earning money.

My parents are very rich, no one gave them that money. When I was little my dad worked as a driver delivering vehicle parts, then he rented a shop and worked 7 days a week, he would be up and out at 4am to go to market, then to the shop to open at 8am, Sunday afternoon was the only time off and everything he earned was invested and he went into wholesale, my mum did much the same, a mobile hairdresser and I remember in school holidays having to go with her, she saved rented a shop and over the years expanded with more shops. They worked 16 -18 hours a day they earned everything they got, without their hard work, saving and investing there wouldn't have been jobs for more than 50 staff. So now when people look and see very big house, nice car etc etc and think "they are lucky" the answer would be "yes the harder they worked the luckier they got"

Not all. Some rich people work hard to where they are. Some dont because of inheritance. Some got rich because they are good at deceiving others. You can tell by their fruits.

But, once you become rich you transform into some evil lazy greedy unworthy creature. While the poor are just innocent.

Greed is an expression used by people who lack aspiration. Wealth is merely a tool that can be used for any purpose including to benefit the needy. Many wealthy entrepreneurs give to charity or set up foundations for good. Bill Gates being a prime example.

Most are. Ever hear the saying "behind every fortune is a crime"? Well that's an old saying which is true but doesn't explain the entire story of how people today get rich. You see in the old days, the richest people got that way from using physical power to take from others, i.e. feudalism. Today, it's a little more genteel in that they simply use legal ways to transfer wealth and the fruit of hard work from others in large numbers. They do it via shaping corporate law, bank law, financial speculative instruments, and lobbying their legislators to support all of it.

It's a great American myth that working very hard will make anyone rich. It will make you upper middle class at the very best. What will make you rich is th ability to game the system yet not get caught.

The really rich people like the Jews own all the money printing presses. They just print as much as they want and give it to themselves. Hard work my ***. If you don't own a money printing press you're not rich.
