Who donated the jet? What did they get in turn?

Palin Plane Tour: Using Private Jet, Forcing Staff To Take Bus
UPDATE: A Palin aide downplayed the former governor's use of a private plane on her book tour Tuesday, saying she was using both the jet and the bus. Palin's ...
Her book signing tour was never billed as a "bus tour." Only the liberal media has called it a "bus tour." When I went to Noblesville, Indiana, to get my copy of "Going Rogue" signed, I wasn't expecting a bus. Nobody in line was referring to a "bus tour."
Of course, there was a bus that arrived at the signing. But, I really don't see how the bus was anything other than advertising for the book. Only a fool would have thought she lived on the bus merely because it had an ad for her book on the side. After all, nobody expects Oscar Meier to live in the wiener mobile.
Otherwise, Sarah Palin did have to take a flight on a jet provided by her publisher because otherwise she wouldn't have had an opportunity to sleep. The bus drove non-stop through the night to get to the next destination.

Sarah Palin wasn't on a bus tour. She had a bus on her tour, but that doesn't make it a bus tour. I've got the poster from the bookstore advertising Sarah's appearance. There's no mention of a bus on it.

Yes, just like the people who want us to reduce our carbon footprint, like Al Gore. By the way, jets can't land in mall parking lots, so she used the bus to get her from the airport. And nobody donated it, it is a business tool, he book is profitable, her publisher wants her to cover as much territory as quickly as possible, business is about efficiency, I guess Libs don't understand where profit comes from, but just look at Gore for an example.
By they way, Gore's old Gulfstream is one of the least efficient (carbon instense) private jets flying, I guess it was inconvenient for him to buy a newer one that has a lower carbon footprint.

Did Sarah Palin - a private citizen not currently holding any elected office within the United States - fly on a plane that didnt cost the taxpayers one thin dime? Yep...and?
By the way... -81 points for you this week, impressive.

Did you ask this "INCONVENIENT" question about Al "Gas up the Gulfstream" Gore?
Palin is a private citizen who has a million seller on the New York Times book list.
She could:
A. Afford it herself
B. Have the Publisher pay for it.
C. Tell you it's none of your Fing business.
D. ALL of the above.

It's my understanding that the book publisher paid for her jet travel. I'm sure they anticipated increased book sales in return. It's a pretty common practice.

Yes, she flew to three locations, then got on the bus for the final mile or two.
The publishing company, Harper Collins, paid for the jet. At a cost of $4,000/hour.

That is funny. A whacked out liberal worried about what a private citizen does in their private life. Talk about requiring some hate management treatments.
The whole brainless avatar suits you well.

weren't you guys criticizing her when she had to leave without greeting some supporters because
the bus was a lot slower than a jet???
so she went to the jet and could spend more time with her supporters now, and of course those of
your ilk criticize that too!!!

Wow. You people are reaching, aren't you?
She doesn't preach to people about their "Carbon Footprints", and she's not taking any taxpayer money, unlike the Marxists crossing the globe to scold us about our impending doom.
Get a life, Moron.
