A person of his status should know better. Frank should be able to control his emotions long enough to engage in intelligent productive discourse.

I think the press needs to start investigating Frank's personal life more closely. I think they will find that he engages in a lot of quasi illegal activities.

Just because someone made a mistake 20 yrs ago does not mean that they can't criticize others - especially when that criticism (against Scalia) is true.
