The actions they undertook to invade Iraq were approved by a majority vote of both the Democrats and Republican in both houses of Congress. Every one of his Executive Orders are changeable by Congress and none have been taken up? Congress cannot have their powers usurped without their and the Supreme Court's consent. And yet the issue has never been brought up for debate or challenge in either venue. Are they all complicit in this violation of US law?
