For committing violations and subversions of the Constitution of the United States of America in an attempt to carry out with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes and deprivations of the civil rights of the people of the United States and other nations, by assuming powers of an imperial executive unaccountable to law and usurping powers of the Congress, the Judiciary and those reserved to the people of the United States ?

Could you provide some "credible" sources please?

I know that is asking a great deal as I have viewed some of your conspiracy theory oriented sources in the past but, why don't you give it a go!

Take as much time as you need. I know it will be a while. Because, don't you think, if there were any basis to your Anti-Bush Allegations, they would have been debated in the Democratic Party controlled House of Representative?

Sorry to introduce some reality to your fantasy!

Boy those are a lot of big words. Did you use your whole Thesaurus? The actions they undertook to invade Iraq were approved by a majority vote of both the Democrats and Republican in both houses of Congress. Every one of his Executive Orders are changeable by Congress and none have been taken up? Congress cannot have their powers usurped without their and the Supreme Court's consent. And yet the issue has never been brought up for debate or challenge in either venue. Are they all complicit in this violation of US law?

Sounds to me like a bunch of trumped up charges. "Crimes against peace and humanity"?? What peace and humanity?? Have you forgotton 9/11?? Have you forgotton that congress voted to give Bush the authority?? I personally think that you are just throwing aroung a bunch of big words trying to make yourself look knowledgable. Well, your question has NO basis and in just way out of line.

No, our soldiers should not aprehend Bush, and Cheney. You are talking about a Coup d'etat, not a good situation. If they need to be brought to justice, thats a job for congress, not the military.

Well if everything they did hadn't been authorized by congress ( with the exception of the debated issue on wiretapping ) then sure. but there isnt any proven evidence of wrongdoing.

I didnt say what you wanted to happen or accusations of wrong doing.. or apparent wrong doing.. i said proven wrong doing and that is all that matters legally.

No, our soldiers are busy enough, what with raping and murdering civilians and all. As war criminals, it's up to Bush and Cheney to surrender themselves and our armed forces to those they have wronged - namely Al Qaeda. I doubt they'll do it, though. They're more devoted to winning the silly War on Terror than making Nancy Pelosi tingle.

It would be nice but since they are like Bush's private Evangelical army I doubt they would do anything against Bush.

No, you have lost touch with reality and are filled with irrational hate. Seriously, you need to seek professional help.

Congress should take on that responsibility.

All they have to do is follow the torture trail.
