There was no design!

But even humans can think of improvements. How about separating the airway tract from the eating pipeline so people don't choke? How about making the arteries and veins more flexible and less susceptible to clogging in older age? How about spacing the teeth a little further apart to make them easier to clean? How about changing our digestive systems to better handle high carbohydrate diets that we mainly live on these days? Improving the back so that we have fewer back problems--maybe strengthening the spinal column in some way? Humans have far more back problems than any other organism. That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure anatomists could come up with many others.

Tyson does a pretty good job of demolishing the design and fine-tuning claims here:

Here's a couple of improvements:

1. Don't wrap the laryngeal nerve around the aortic arch. All mammals have this "dumb design," including giraffes!

2. Eliminate our blind spots and improve the acuity of our vision (for all vertebrates actually) by routing the optic nerve to the back side of the rods and cones (like the way it is for cephalopods) rather than the dumb way it's done for us. If an LED television was wired the way vertebrate eyes are, then you'd have all these stupid wires hanging in front of the screen, with a big blank spot in the picture to route all the wires back into the electronics behind the screen.

interesting how many times Atheists are accused of being immoral, yet the people that say this fail to look at Islam or Christianity.

Atheism does not require money

Atheism does not condemn homosexuality

Atheism does not promote unworthiness and hell as punishment

Atheism doesn't have songs to sings or prayers to memorize

Atheism does not bomb or murder people that disrespect their beliefs

Atheism does not bring young gay men to Christian camps to attempt to make them Heterosexual

Atheism does not interfere with the personal lives of other people, whether through marriage, birth control etc

And finally Atheism does not claim something to be true unless with evidence, not on things based on oral history of illiterate middle eastern people

It appears that atheism causes less problems for the world compared to religion

No holds barred? Anyone could say yes, but it would ultimately depend on what you want the human body to do. Could someone improve it? Well, you hold that humans aren't perfect, as do I, so definitely.

There is no design in life, let alone human life. That should be obvious to even the most simple-minded.

The food and breathing pipes crossing causing choking deaths and easily damaged ...

The "playground" between the "sewers" causing numerous infections and health issues ...

Just two examples of how your "design" is flawed and can be improved upon.

I sure as hell wouldn't run the urethra through the middle of the prostate gland.

We can create better, more stable, synthetic chromosomes in a laboratory and put them into living entities, and that is a pretty good start.

Don't be daft. There was no design. What sort of text books did they have at your school? Come to think of it, did you even go to school?

There is no human design. If there was, yes I can.
