Did Bush/Cheney enable the corporate greed to all most destroyed America?

The truth is the moronic helterskelter that Bush/Cheney created was to reshaped America over the last 8-years...DON'T YOU REMEMBER TARP LAST FALL?!! Or how about that "PATRIOT ACT" which was designed to limit everyone freedom. These talk-radio hacks think that criticizing President Obama is going to make it go away, but Bush is the one responsible for BREAKING the economy and destroying our freedom.

It's obvious Wall Street "Big-Wigs" are sponsoring the propaganda Rupert Murdock is spreading to further their own agenda. They think that these remarks will distract everyone because they want to conceal the deregulation which is at root of the 2008 Crash; in fact, it was a greedy scheme that involved gambling with other people's money.

It's time to wake up the mindless Republicans masses because they have obviously been brainwashed into making such ridiculous statement for the benefit of hate mongering. All these so called "conservatives" cannot distinguish the truth or reality from Rupert Murdock's Right-wing lies and deceptions that he present as news. The mindless Republicans masses are STARTING TO VOTE Republicans BACK IN!

If you think only the policies of the Bush administration caused the current situation, you would be one of those who do not learn from history and will be doomed to repeat it. Many of the policies that helped create this situation were put into place long before Bush took office, like during Carter and Clinton. This also happens when you have a majority the same party in both houses and the administration as we do now. Thank goodness people are starting to wise up to the fact that this situation will only put the nation into a worse situation than we are currently in. Remember it was the democrats of congress who only a few years ago stated there was no problem with loaning people money that they could never pay back. Here is another news flash for you, the Patriot Act is still in place and was resigned by Obama. If you believe one person, even the president of the USA has that much power to make or break the economy, you might also want to learn about the powers of government. So now who is the mindless one?

No it started way earlier...with scum like Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush and Ronald McReagan and so on and so forth. America has been in the toliet for a long long time because the people get more and more timid especially when a "Democrat" gets placed into power and so little happens and what is happening right now is a group of extremist right wingers, who have an issue not on the issues but on skin color, that are going crazy and could spark something really bad.

We need to shut down their movement as well as take a strong stance against Obama and the rest of the his current government and of course all the remnants of Bush and Clinton plus the mega corps that are pulling the strings.

We need to follow in the footsteps of the hundreds thousands of anarchists around the globe who are taking up the global fight against capitalism. It is up too us to dismantle systems of oppression because the government WILL NOT do it for you.

The actual cause can not be passed to Bush. Many problems that especially occurred in lending/financial institutions can be tracked all the way back to Carter, and some to Clinton. Don't get me wrong, as a Conservative, I did not approve with a lot what Bush did, (esp the Patriot Act). The other thing that irritated me is trying to cooperate with idiots like Pelosi, and other idiot liberals, who are mostly responsible for the economics woes the US is in currently. Bush was a moderate. All the blame cannot go to Bush. It's time for obama to grow up and take responsibility for what he has caused over the last year. obama is showing how out of touch he is with the American people. And he's showing how much people who voted for him were just plain ignorant.

You're correct about Bush involvement in TARP and Patriot Act but you also need to be aware of Mr. Obama's continuing involvement with the TARP players, especially Goldman Sachs and Geithner.

Even during this last election, Obama repeatedly traveled to and campaigned for a Goldman Sachs alumnus:

"Mr Obama had thrown his weight behind Governor Corzine, repeatedly travelling to New Jersey to back the former Goldman Sachs chief executive on the campaign trail."

Here is a viewpoint from the left, about Goldman Sachs and their coddling under this and the last administration:

I do remember Tarp and the patriot act. I agree with you that both of those were idiotic at best. Why did the democrats vote to extend the patriot act, and why is Barry continuing the policies of corporate welfare started under Bush?

Get a grip that's like saying Obama gave you tarp. it is the congress dummy. The president can,t spend a dime of taxpayers money or pass any law.

No, political greed is worse. See The Clintons and Obamas.
Bonkers!

I suppose you could blame those two if you did not know how the US government works. At least the educated know that it is congress that creates laws and controls the budget, not the president and vice president. Then there are those who don't understand this and ignorantly blame the wrong people.

Both Obama and Bush are negatively affecting the Country, it is just a matter of degree.

Also: i would rather have ten obamas than the chance of a Palin. God, her being president is a scary thought.
