Even though we know for a FACT that COVID was fabricated by Democrats to hurt Trump, why does it exist in other countries?

I still haven’t figured out why Democrats, in their quest to bring down Trump, spread the virus in Italy, India, Brazil, the UK, France, Sweden, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Russia, Spain, and other countries since they can’t vote in US elections. Never understood why.
