what can be done to INTEGRATE LATINOS/HISPANICS in us. same per capita as whites?

we need to reduce latino/Hispanic poverty and find a way to integrate them in us. more wealth, education, trade skills, resources, technology, opportunity, and representation in the good areas in us. LATINO POVERTY OR NEAR POVERTY STATUS IS 55% of population age 18 and over,. could be higher when all the 10-20 million undocumented ones accounted for

WE ALSO NEED SPANISH LAMGUAGE IN WORKPLACE. English don't work so well for latinos/Hispanics. they need more than just slave work in us

It is not a worthy goal and certainly not the job of the state. Any Hispanic of merit will have no problem succeeding in a society that already constantly falls over itself to showcase their "diversity". Hispanics have lower average IQ than whites and IQ is highly correlated to life outcomes. When you have more Hispanics, you will always have more poverty.



There is even a racial hierarchy within Hispanic populations as it relates to their IQ and life outcomes with black Hispanics predictably being the dumbest and poorest and those with the highest European admixture being the smartest and most successful.

When you come to a first world country with 3rd world country skills (or lack thereof), beliefs, and culture...you're going to have a difficult time becoming anything than what you already were to start with unless you adapt to the requirements of that modern society.

YES, that means English (regardless of whether or not we have a national language...English IS the predominant language AND what our constitution and other laws are written in.

And the hundreds of billions spent on wars etc...I agree... EXCEPT...that money should be used to help the citizens of THIS country first.

A) They have to learn English

B) It won't happen immediately. Every group that immigrated to the US took a few generations to move up the economic scale. Some beat the odds by opening their own businesses.

C) Do nothing special. It backfires. Why do you think blacks are not hired. The risk of law suits and facing the EEOC makes it any extra headache that no one wants.
