Question:
People never vilified and victimized Bush this bad, why?
2013-08-09 02:03:28 UTC
People continuously victimize President Obama, because of what? They claim he's a "closet Muslim" because his dad was African? And even if he was a Muslim WHY WOULD IT MATTER? You guys are bigots, losers, low life's, and every name in the book.

When Bush brought us into this turmoil (and btw Obama has never blamed Bush for the state the country was in when he became president) no one victimized him this bad, calling him the n-word, and every racial slur you could ever imagine. But, this never happened to Bush...

When jobs were on decline were conservative networks (i.e. Fox) crying about it? No. But now JOBS ARE GROWING, yet they're STILLLLL CRYING. Most of you Conservatives don't hate him for what he implements, and btw a lot of what he believes in are republican ideologies, but then again Republicans are known to leave their previous ideologies if Obama implements or agrees with it. Is it because Obama is a democrat or even worse...is it maybe because he's black? Let's be honest... If Obama was white half of these bigoted, ignorant republicans with shut their lips. I mean really, people are still crying out about wanting to see Obama's birth certificate, it's sad to see, and extremely disrespectful. Get a life, please!

Thoughts? NO RACIST COMMENTS, thanks.

Obama's problem with bigots is his race. Obviously, and as simple as that. You nailed it.

And as far as the one comment "Yes jobs are growing - part-time jobs in low wage positions. The economy is still on bad footing because of Obama and his policies." --This person is so young they can't remember the very same charges being ACCURATELY leveled at President Reagan as the well-compensated factory jobs began to shift offshore, and service economy jobs replaced them. His opposition pointed this out again and again, and no one then cared.

When the homeless problem -- which cracked wide open and became an epidemic because of Reagan's disastrous trickle down policies -- was pointed out to Meese and Reagan, they famously shrugged "there are jobs out there if you want to work". Yes: $4 an hour jobs versus the $20 an hour jobs Reagan chased offshore.

Everyone only knows what they know. It's part of the bleeding human condition. But people laying all the ills of the economy at Obama's feet are historically ignorant.

Obama's policies have been a disaster for America and Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the NSA, and Reportergate have been scandals, abuses of power that would have gotten a Republican president impeached and removed. Yet Obama, five years into his presidency, continues to blame Bush and the Republicans in Congress for his failures.

We've hgad a net loss of 9 million jobs. If the labor force today were as large as when Obama took office, real unemployment would be 12 percent or more. Most of the jobs that have been created are part time, and that is a growing trend due to the mandates of Obamacare. We've spent massive amounts of money on "stimulus" and gotten nothing for it.

Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was killed with a gun our government gave to Mexican drug cartels. Obama doesn't seem to care. Four Americans, including our Ambassador, were murdered in Benghazi. Obama and his people dishonestly blamed a video that had nothing to do with it. The President called it "not optimal." Secretary Clinton asked, "What difference does it make?" Only now, under pressure, has anyone been indicted.

We have a flood of illegal immigrants and the only solution President Obama can come up with is amnesty. If you try to enforce immigration law, he takes you to court. He has ordered the

You are wrong that nobody was this way towards President Bush. Do you remember Smirking Chimp? Do you remember "Bush lied"? And there was so much else. To say that "this never happened to Bush" is simply not factual.

Do you remember Miguel Estrada, a Bush judicial nominee? Democrat Senators actually circulated a memo saying "This nominee is particularly dangerous because he is Latino." In other words, they opposed him because of his ethnicity. Is that OK with you?

Actually they did. And Obama takes every chance to blame the previous administration for the problems. Its been 5 years, cut it out.

What jobs are "growing"? Unemployment has been over 8% for over 5 years now. Doesn't help when we see 100K jobs and over 300K new applications for unemployment.

I never have seen anyone call Obama the "n" word. I do see quite a bit of racism on the liberal side, with the liberals calling the Republicans and the TEA party everything from "Nazis" to the new "KKK" (both groups had democrat support in their time).

I have no "racist" comments because I look at people as people, you look at their color first.

It has become an ongoing joke about Liberal Obama Defenders, because the FACT

that a POTUS candidate "lied" to the country, is not critical. Thus, Liberals must

not believe lying is wrong. Critical because Obama is a "closet" Muslim and there

are 31 examples to support that claim. Critical because if Obama had been honest,

he would NEVER have been elected. Never. No one except a Liberal could believe

a Muslim in 2008, would have a chance to be elected. Obama and his mentors

knew this. Last among so many erroneous conclusions. Obama has after 12 years

of "living off the taxpayer" jobs, STILL kept 30% of his ENTIRE LIFE, secret from

the public. Liberals whine about a man they know ONLY, from his fraudulent and

deceptive website, bristling with lie after lie....and they suck it ALL in.

Brielle - I believe either you are very young & don't remember or you are ignorant of the facts during the Bush presidency.

Yes, some people continually criticize Obama but most of it has to do with his policies, abuse of the US Constitution, & violation of federal law.

You forget all the nasty things said about Pres Bush by democrats in Congress, the media, and influential leaders.Things worse than what Obama is being called.

Yes jobs are growing - part-time jobs in low wage positions. The economy is still on bad footing because of Obama and his policies.

What truly is a shame is why Congress has not done its job & impeached Obama on his multiple violations of federal law & the Constitution.

Why are you calling EVERYONE YOU HATE NAMES BUT THEY CAN'T CALL ANYONE NAMES? Sorry for caps. Was accident but do not want to retype. Bush was blasted on big time. I can not stand either president. Ron Paul is the man. I think it is wrong for the racist comments but really I rarely heard anyone say racist things about him and online it is rare too. The birth certificate thing by the way is not disrespectful. It is constitutional to be a native born Citizen and every president should have to prove it regardless of who they are. By the way would you really want a religious nutcase as president . Do you know that to religious people their god and beliefs come before EVERYTHING else? Scary no matter what religion some one is. Unless a peace belief like Buddhist.

Brielle, I have to use a racist comment. It's the only thing that makes sense. He's black. He is accused of everything from antichrist to Zionist sympathizer. I call bullsh@t on my fellow whites. His color is of paramount importance when choosing your hatred. I tried hard to prove that my suspicions were wrong. I didn't want to find out we were still a bunch of narrow, hate filled people. I hoped we had evolved past the sixties and before. But it's the same, just coded differently. Thug is the new n@gger. "You lie" yelled at the State of the Union is the new "get to the back of the bus". "Where's your birth certificate" is the new "Whites only" water fountain.

I would say that it is easier to put on a happy face as a white tyrant, especially when you are a bumbling fool. Obama is a bit more sterned faced. People tend to take people with a stern face more seriously regardless of what side of the aisle they are on. Most people tend to have a sense of humor, though. I have seen no evidence of this in Obama. All I can see is that he expects submission which is reasonable to expect from a Muslim because Islam demands submission.

I did, i said things about Bush that made my parents eye brows go up and jaw drop.

The vitriol spewed at Obama really is over the top. And the stupefying barrage of mindless accusations on this very site are so far beyond the pale that they really do call into question the sanity of those responsible. The eternal silliness around his birth certificate, his communist party, membership, his Muslim faith, and on and on. The hyping up of Fox manufactured scandals as supposed impeachable offenses- all of it only serving to reveal the conservative portion of our body politic to be little more than a chorus of idiotic back biting fish wives.

I was raised never to mock the afflicted. Poor old GW will always stand as a living example of why people should never play American Football without a helmet. Poor confussed George often forgot where he was or what he was talking about mid sentence... but bumbled along anyway trying to look sincere.

We all know someone like George... an embarrassing uncle, the village idiot... but we laugh with them not at them, after all it's not their fault.

Now the big question is why did the American people elect him?

He's a closet Muslim. He's hiding his OWN faith which is pathetic and a betrayal of himself and his religion. He willingly stepped in to a messed up country and made it been worse. I wouldn't blame him if he was stick with It but he chose it. He's attacking our rights! And simply because I disagree with him doesn't make me a bingo or a cracist. Just because you dont uderstand or agree with me doesn't make me a racist you moron.

To vilify him for his skin color, religion (or what people think is his religion), etc, is wrong. However, to vilify him for his actions (bank bailouts, getting only one piece of new financial regulation through, failing to raise taxes on the wealthy, failing to close Guantanamo bay, extending the deadlines for both wars as much as he could, declaring war against all whistle-blowers, and the list goes on and on) is justified. His actions as president are unethical and deserving of impeachment and arrest by the ICC and American courts.
