I think if its a private practice he can do what he wants. That being said I dont agree with what he says. I can protest it and I have the right to do that too.

Have u instructed ur GP approximately any hypos ? hazard is that in case you have and consistent with what share, your GP is accountability sure to grant all scientific issues you may desire to the scientific officer on the DVLA on call for while ur 3 each year preiview comes as much as resume your licence. in case you withold any information that the two your GP or wellbeing facility could have on record, and interior the licence renewal utility sort while it asks have you ever suffered any hypos or bouts of dizzy spells etc, and you're saying no, you could wager your backside dollar that the DVLA will discover out and you have your licence revoked. If inspite of the undeniable fact which you have had no hypos etc and in no way been to make sure your GP or nurse or wellbeing facility, and you haven't any longer any new circumstances which will impact your driving skill, and you have stored your diabetes under administration then allure because of the fact they are in a position to make errors, additionally in case you have had hypos or although then nevertheless allure because of the fact they're going to deliver you for a scientific to a minimum of considered one of their nominated docs, and if the hypos are no longer very commonly used and you already know the prospect indicators and be responsive to what action to take then they could supply you your licence back yet cut back it to a each year one to maintain a special eye on you. although you do dont tension untill they tell u its okay to, or you would be in deep poo. stable success m8

Please illustrate how this is an ethics violation.

I know you have a problem with basic reasoning and logic but did you even read the story before posting this illogical question?

Doing what you suggest makes as much sense as shooting YA an email asking them to investigate your behavior.

I see you're using the typical liberal ploy of attacking someone you disagree with rather than trying to prove why they are wrong. And you wonder why people think you are so loathsome. Go figure.

EDIT: Reading the answers from people here that actually READ the article and HAVE a brain, it's nice to see how you have had your bu++ handed to you. Unfortunately it won't even make you think twice. Too bad.

Report him for what? Having an opinion?

Doctors are not judges. They can have opinions all day long.

Seems to me, if the subject is health care, shouldn't we all be interested in the opinions of health care professionals.

ZerObama trotted a few out for photo ops a couple of times and even dressed them up in lab coats. I'm a little interested why he couldn't muster any nurses, PA's or technicians. You know, the ones who spend more time with the patients, do all the paper work and most likely to be worked to the bone under ZerObama-care.

Aren't you a little curious about that?

This isnt unethical and the last thing the Florida DOH needs is hysterical drama queen liberals filing false complaints. Its like making crank calls to 911.

And, what with Obamacare on the horizon, the last thing we need is to lose a doctor due to the upcoming doctor shortages Obamacare is going to cause.

He's an American citizen and he has just as much right to his freedom of speech as you do with this ridiculous question that you asked. Don't you find anything right with the fact that he's at least trying to let his patients know how this new Obamacare fiasco REALLY is going to impact their lives? Congress BETRAYED us by keeping it all under wraps and YOU should be calling for THEIR dismissal.

OH, that's right, you're still under the influence of the Kool-Aid. Absolutely NOT in your right mind!

Shame on you!

Read your own article; there is no ethics violation.

Stop being part of the problem.

So you'd deny him his right to free speech ?

Not surprising.

You also PURPOSEFULLY left out the part in the article that mentioned if they walked through the door that HE WOULD TREAT THEM.

Nice try slick.

Nothing. Sent him a card congratulating him and asked if he'd accept me as a patient. :)

So you're against his right to speak out?

There is nothing in the law that says you can't make a point.

I don't think any of them have any doctors in the family.

They haven't heard of the Hippocratic oath.

Oh BUT he will soon be finding out what it really means.
