Why was it okay for the DNC to pay foreign agent Christopher Steele to interfere in the 2016 election?

Republicans stopped working with Fusion in May 2016. Foreign agent Steele was hired by Fusion in June 2016. Republicans had nothing to do with the dossier. It was funded from start to finish by the DNC and Hillary.

Why wasnt a special prosecutor appointed to investigate the DNC funding a foreign agent to interfere in the election?

The investigation started because Trump had as his campaign manager, Paul Manafort. He was a known Russian asset. He, Rick Gates and Konstantin Kilimnik got Putin's candidate in Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych elected President of Ukraine. Their strategy was "Lock Her Up". Yanukovych's opponent was Yulia Tymoshenko.

Michael Flynn is Putin's point man. Mr. Mueller indicted the FSB agents by name and call signs. They feed Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. WikiLeaks is a Russian asset. Roger Stone was the laision to the Trump campaign. 

The Russian went to school on the Electoral College. They knew he couldn't win the popular vote. So they placed fake BLM ads in the battleground states on Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to suppress the black vote. They were successful.

By pardoning Manafort and Gates he admits that the Russian helped him win. They ran his entire campaign.

He's a Russian agent who tried with the help of Micheal Flynn to destroy our democracy.

John McCain was getting therapy and a MI6 agent dropped the Steele Dossier on him. He consulted his good friend Lindsay Graham. Graham advised him to turn it over to the FBI. It's even in the Mueller Report, the Steele Dossier and Carter Paige have nothing to do with the investigation. They are just distractions.

Mueller said that Trump could be prosecuted after Trump left office. So when he pardoned Manafort and Stone, he admitted to Obstruction of Justice. The reason he had no smoking gun was that people refuse to talk because Trump offered pardons.

The Steele dossier was oppo (oppositional research). A candidate or party hiring someone, anyone, to do oppo isn't illegal or even unethical. To the contrary, it's standard fare. It would of have to of been appointed by Obama, I'm guessing.  And of course, Obama won't investigate any DNC corruption.  The other problem with these special investigations, is that even those can be politically biased.  What I mean is, right now, Trump appointed some special investigations against Hunter and such.  But those investigators might very well be on the Democrat's side.  So they can take their time and most likely not find anything and report everything was clean.  This is why you need "loyal" party members that will see things through.
