Bill White's Law enforcement strategy - send police in with no trespassing signs and then arrest people coming out of K-mart and McDonald for violating the signs they brought. Over 300 arrested and then all charges dropped and millions paid out in law suits. That's Bill White.



Bill White was Houston's mayor, let me tell you the man is the most forgettable mayor in Houston. You take Bob Lanier who won re-election by 94% of the vote why because he improved our roads and increased the Police Department by large amount.
