Oh, sure! Why have jobless claims jumped sharply, right AFTER the elections?

Applications for jobless aid rise sharply
"The number of people seeking jobless benefits jumped sharply last week, after two straight weeks of declines.

"The Labor Department said Thursday that initial claims for unemployment aid rose by 20,000 to a seasonally adjusted 457,000 for the week ending Oct. 30. Wall Street analysts polled by Thomson Reuters had expected a smaller rise."

Gee, what if this came out just before the elections?

Would Harry Reid have lost re-election?

Would the GOP have gained more seats in the Senate, possibly a majority?

Do you think the earlier jobless numbers were doctored to benefit the Democrat regime?

The democrats held up the count from the labor department, hoping for better news, and certainly not wanting the bad news to affect the elections. With the beat down they took it wouldn't have mattered much. Harry would have held, and the fact that he was in trouble in the first place with a candidate such as Angle is telling enough. The democrats policy has failed, it's obvious to a huge majority of Americans, and now it is time to roll up our sleeves and get these people back to work. The democrats have to play nicely with the republicans now, the people have spoken, if they want to continue to ignore the republicans they will lose the senate and the Presidency in 2012 by even a bigger margin. As if this beat down wasn't bad enough.

All the "temporary poll workers" hired before the election to inflate employment numbers are now out of work again. Thank the dems and Obama for this one.

These numbers are available each and every thursday. No one bothered to access them.

Would have been a good tool to use. But someone was asleep at the switch, to bad.
