Separate but equal failed because blacks were not in charge.

Separate but equal was all a lie perpetrated by the bigots in-charge !I know that you are trying to say that whites are ALL smarter but that lie won't fly ! I've have seen plenty of NOT VERY SMART white boys on the job whose ONLY claim to fame was that they were really good at sucking A** !Whites don't have a monopoly on intelligences, that is just something that hitler told you all and some of you were ignorant enough to believe him ! I know that you would be more than happy to believe dayton police department but I bet none of the dummies that already work there ever took that test ! So you can take this lie and shove it ! Nobody is falling for this lie but you and your friends !People can rig a test to do anything that they want it to do !

Separate but equal failed because separate is not equal.
Read Jimmy Carter's biography. In his hometown whites and blacks went to separate schools. Every time history class got new schoolbooks the old schoolbooks went to the black school.
Read the biography of Mary Bethune who took a train across the country. They had separate but equal but white accommodations included first class. Blacks had only coach.
That's why Plessy v. Ferguson was overturned. Don't know what the Dayton Police case has to do with separate but equal.

Political correctness run amok and really is an insult to blacks. The Dayton police have essentially said that they know blacks aren't very smart so the testing standards have to be lowered.
If someone isn't mentally capable of being a cop then maybe he or she should look to do something else.

Obviously if they were equal
a) they would have passed at the same rate, and
b) there would be no point in separating.
So in other words it's just more bullsh!it being spewed from the mouth of government.

Oddly, your link doesn't pull up an article. Yet, when I searched for it on google, the only articles that come up are from far right racist websites like stormfront.
Generally speaking, if the "news" can't be found on a regular news outlet, and can only be found on far right blogs, I dismiss it as false like all unsourced blogs.

Its never equal if it has to be separate.
