Will Obama be remembered by "the buck stops over there"? Or is there a chance he may take responsibility for something before he leaves office?

yes it is just a metaphor
I laughed when you said that Obama said *the buck stops over there*
Obama is chucking and jiving but in the end he probably will be reelected
in the end..does it really matter with who becomes the president?
with Obama you get more free stuff and the entitlement will keep on coming
Most voters only want the free stuff and don't think very much Beyond the political rhetoric
that is why we have a line of goofy presidents

Not a man alone. The Presidency is not one man. Its an institution. When it comes time to pass out blame, the Republicans have plenty to go around. But wants credit for absence and malice.

With Obama, "the buck stops with the previous administration."
