You mean cooperation in that they both receive an equal benefit from their labor? Sure I'm good with that. To cooperate seems to signify a balance in all aspects of production/labor. Collaboration and agreement a happy medium. But can it be a happy medium if one side gets more out of it?

Cooperation is a cornerstone of any activity or mutual interest between people,

even countries. It can be reduced to the old phrase, " You wash my back, I wash

yours" ( especially if you have body lice ). The atmosphere of a "cooperative"

business is seriously and critically MORE enjoyable than one where strife and

discontent run rampant. Productivity and quality "reflect" this in the work results.

No, that's stupid.

The employer and worker are necessarily in an adversarial relationship.

The employer wants to bully the worker to get the most out of him for the lowest possible pay.

The worker wants to cheat the employer out of working while getting the highest possible pay.

There is no common ground for cooperation.

Yes it is what this nation was founded upon!

BTW---unions actually used to facilitate that! Until management started using that cooperation against them for concessions!

Cooperation between like minded people works well. With unlike minded people cooperation leads to problems, one should decide how things should be between two unlike minded.
