He somehow magically fit a Carcono long barrel and all into a little 2ft long curtain rod bag and brings it to work.Which is impossible the bag would have to be 3 feet long to fit that rifle even if disassembled. Then luck has it he's assigned to take his break the very moment the President passes the TSBD.He then heads up to the sixth floor completely unnoticed reassembles the rifle that was hidden in his magic bag.And what do ya know! He does it all just in time to have 5.6 seconds to aim and reload each three bullets one at a time and hit a moving target through a bushy tree around a bend twice(with a misaligned scope).He thinks "WOW what lucky shots!" So what does he do next? Well,of course he runs out the back right? Perhaps dissassembling the rifle beforehand and putting it back in the bag and hightailing it the hell out of there? No quite the opposite.

He walks to the other side of the sixth floor and with his palmprint all over the gun throws it somewhere so the cops will inevitably find it then walks back down the stairs without anybody seeing him again.This guy must have invisible powers! Then goes to the second floor lunchroom and sips on a coke. A cop at that very moment he starts sipping the coke runs in and what does Oswald do? Does he runaway or attack the cop? No quite the opposite he sits there for another 15 minutes enjoying his delicious drink. Then him and several other employess leave the building.He jumps into a green stationwagon or walked( whatever you believe it doesnt really matter) gets to his residence.

Once he's home a cop car for some odd reason pulls to the front of his house and honks his horn.Oswald by coincidence right afterwards rushes out and a mile away shoots a cop.Then when the cop is down absolutely defenseless shoots him again execution style.Then teleports back in time and arrives at theater between 1:00 and 1;07.Sneaks in even though he had 5 bucks in his pocket.Buys popcorn and sits at a movie calmly waiting for his arrest. Which makes absolutely no sense.If he's walking around shooting cops and presidents you dont think he would have the sense to hijack a car and hightail it the hell outta Dallas?!?!?!?!

The cops are called because someone reports seeing him sneak in without paying so of course the entire police force including CIA agents rush to apprehend this damn movie thief! Oswald for some reason once the cops find him sitting there pulls the trigger of a defective revolver perhaps hoping he gets killed then gets wacked in the head and taken into custody.

So if the revolver was defective than how did he shoot Tippet with it? Unless it became defective after he killed Tippet.Which would be a crazy *** coincidence!!!

Once he's in custody he for some unknown reason gets no right to an attorney for two days. Then,well what a crazy coincidence another lonenutter shoots him!! There was alot of random lonenutters running amock that weekend,how strange!! Ruby must've had invisible powers too.To be able to get down to a police basement thats being heavily gaurded in the midst of holding the President's murderer???

Then after 12 years of withholding the Zapruder film,out of court order they're forced to show us what should have been shown from the beginning.The moment the President is shot his head and back fling violently back and to the left. Well,if he got shot from behind six floors up how in the hell did his body react like that at moment of impact? It was a "muscle reaction". Or another lonenutter theory is the bullet on impacting the front of his skull forced his whole body and head back.

Now to me and a huge percentage of people this of course sounds ludicrous.There had to have been something else going on.What else exactly? Well the Zapruder film clearly shows him getting shot from the front so the Oswald lonenut theory's out.His head fly's back at moment of impact. Plus 12 Parkland doctors are on videotape saying they saw a huge gaping hole in the back of JFK's head.On top of that the "magic bullet" ends up in pristine condition after passing through 7 entrances and exits and 5 inches of bone,which is impossible.So the evidence shows there was a shooter from the front right.

Plus all the witnesses that were killed in the following months.Add that to David Ferrie and other witnesses that were killed or died mysteriously during the Garrison trials.Add that to all the ones that were called to the HSCA court hearings only to be killed some days before they were supposed to go to the stand.There's just too much evidence pointing to a conspiracy cover up its not even funny. I could go on and on

The evidence against Oswald is pretty conclusive. Telling his story in a skeptical tone doesn't erase the facts. Oswald owned the rifle used to kill Kennedy. He was the only person to leave the building in the immediate aftermath of the shooting.

The Zapruder film was shown on TV shortly after the assassination. It wasn't kept a secret for 12 years.

Any person with military of hunting experience could have shot as well as Oswald or even better. He had a scope and the range wasn't that great. Even a scope off target at that range would miss dead center by fractions of an inch.

The rest of your "facts" are dubious as you don't name the source.

The Warren Commission investigators are all competent, honest and honorable men who knew their jobs would be examined for any mistake for the next hundred years. They investigated every lead and rumor. Before publishing the report, every fact was checked, and rechecked and substantiated. Even now, not one of the investigators doubt any part of the report.

For 50 years we have had a barrage of conspiracy theories from itinerant authors who's only interest is selling books. Every one of them has been discounted by people who know the facts.

The shooter was in the gutter where he could not be seen and have a clear shot.. I've researched this extensively..



There's no way Lee Harvey was that good shooting at a limo that was moving away from him at that distance -- guess what the shooter was in front of the limo in the gutter and he also escaped through it.



You can use google maps to go to the exact location and see how it lines up with the video of Kennedy getting shot.
