Becaude people think Israel and its people should die. Its called Anti-Semitism. Im suprised that France or Eastern Europe didnt support Hitler and ehat he was doing. It didn't take long to sentence him. What took the time was bringing him to trial. And to do that, he's got to be tracked down and evidence has to be gathered. That can take years, especially when it was all a long time ago.

false premise. didn't take long at all to sentence him. it simply took seventy years to bring him to trial. despite his being open and honest about what he did during the war.

Unfortunately for this guy.... his activities were not considered criminal in 1947..... but he outlived all of the actual criminals. So, in order to continue keeping WW2 in the news.... they trumped up some new charges for him that no one even considered charging him with until the last couple of years.



Pretty sad that the need for vengeance for what happened in WW2 is still so strong that people are choosing to prosecute a 94 year old man.
