Question:
As a hiring manager i decided to outsource IT professional job to India. What problem do you have?

its legal for me to outsource job in India where the employee will work for 3 dollar an hour and i will give 70 hour week shift because no overtime rule in india and i will also provide no benefits. If i hire a person with degree in IT as system analyst here, I would have to pay over 60,000 an year and lots of benefits and then i can't use him overtime either. Our company sells IT services like crazy anyway and the clients and customers don't care who does work. i don't need to interview the indian worker and neither do i need resume, references, credit check, etc etc. Saves time, saves money and profits are good too. Its legal to do so. Why do you criticize me for that?

I am a developer. You definitely get what you pay for; I've seen their poorly written code when companies have decided to bring it back in house to the US. Dell had to bring their help desk back to the US shores due to language barriers upsetting customers. But there is nothing wrong with it... that is the nature of industry to maximize profits... it's the role of government (the people) to set the rules for industry since a corporation is only a legal entity on paper and exists as such a legal entity that the people (government) allow. We used to charge tariff's; so if it costs 20 cents on the dollar in Mexico and 2 dollars in labor in the US we would charge a 1.80 import tariff.

residing in la, i be responsive to that this has been an significant subject rely. no longer plenty approximately outsourcing, however the consequences of the strike many times. So, the writers went on strike. maximum of them artwork from domicile. Do you think of for a 2d they sat there and did no longer something? No, i'd assume maximum of them persevered to do what they do ideal. Write. besides the incontrovertible fact that, on account that they have been on "strike" they could no longer post their scripts. as a result, tens of hundreds of human beings working "under the line" lost all income for the dimensions. approximately 4 months now. there are a number of folk that can't have adequate funds to stay in la with out an income for that long. rattling few. to no longer point out each and every of the companies from catering, studio leases, drivers, submit production companies, etc, laid off workers or purely went out of enterprise. So now the writers are going to comply with a settlement. Gee, i ask your self what proportion scrips they have waiting. Written whilst they have been on "strike". i be responsive to your question became tongue in cheek, yet perchance the writing would desire to be out-sourced. Or tell the Union to shove it. many of the those that suffered job loss, some their residences, would have no subject with the writers being replaced. understanding some human beings that have had their earning destroyed, i'd have no subject with it the two. Excuse me, yet i'll pass on a rant here. I even have my own enterprise. production lights products. as quickly as I sell my product, I negotiate a value this is relaxing to all events. performed deal. Transation comprehensive. purely as though I offered a script to a production enterprise. besides the incontrovertible fact that the writers % residuals for each thing they do. it truly is insane. would desire to i'm getting somewhat funds each time somebody lights furniture up one in all my furniture? Or would desire to i'm getting something everytime somebody walks down a street safetly using easy emited? Screw the writers. purely a team of two confronted spoiled bas**** who sat at domicile strengthen an "inventory" of marketable scrips whilst observing each and every of the others go through. So while the strike is over they'd gleefully walk in with product. So what if all human beings else had to go through? And go through dearly many, many did.

You are just doing what our government allows you to do.

If you dont' do it, your competitiors will and you'll be out of business.

So by allowing it, the government actually forces you to exploit and abuse foreign workers this way.

No, the problem I have is with the government that MAKES you do this.
