Americans, do you think that the US Embargo on Cuba should be ended?

I hate communism and I think that Castro has brought ruin to his nation. The United States Embargo was supposed to put pressure on Cuba's Government but the irony is that it makes Cuba's innocent people suffer a lot. As an American, I feel that the Embargo should be ended. If we go there and show them the delights of capitalism, freedom and democracy that we enjoy here in the US, then it would definitely lure them to American ideologies. What do you think?

Yes, I do... It's an antiquated policy. At this point it only points to a hypocrisy and double-standard in foreign policy when we have an embargo against Cuba, but not other countries that are ultimately much worse with regards to human rights, etc.

I think that the embargo should be ended but mostly because I want good cigars and I want to visit Havana. No they are not innocent I'm pretty sure that they support(ed) Castro and Che when they took over. Fulgencio Batista was a dictator but he was our (America's) dictator.
