Why did the moderators of the debate keep interrupting Trump but not Hillary?

Because he was the only one not understanding the rules to the town hall debate. You have response, you don't get to interrupt and then not answer the actual question being asked. The moderators job is to keep the flow of the debate. Trump clearly doesn't comprehend how this all works but of course you will want to blame someone!

Hillary answered the questions.

Trump goes off on these tangents, never really answering the question asked.

They were told not to interrupt Hillary when they submitted the debate questions for her approval last week.

Of course not idiot. It appears that way for a couple of reasons. For one, Trump continuously interrupts and it needs to be cut off. Two, he constantly avoids the question and twists the answer to something else.
