Why are American republicans so stupid?

Now I'm no marketing wiz here or anything. But I think the problem is very clear. America does good, when its citizens are making money, spending their money, and raising our GDP.

1 percent of Americas population, contains about a bare minimum of 50 percent of Americas wealth, whether local or overseas, and they are just SITTING ON IT.

This is CLEARLY one of the biggest issues in our country right now. The rich just keep getting richer, and the poor are barely struggling to maintain, the middle class is shrinking, and a majority of them are going to the lower class, not the upper class...

If the rich just keep racking up dough, and sitting on it, and making more and more money, and just sitting on it and not spending on it, we will get screwed over completely.

Look at Colorado, they legalized marijuana, people are spending their money, their economy is doing pretty good.

I'm no weed advocate here but it's ******* common sense. If the rich are hoarding their money and not spending it, how will it get back in the rotation?

I think it's so racially arrogant, and stupid, that most republicans are delusional enough to think that illegal immigration is our biggest issue right now.

Why can't we just deport all of the republicans and their low IQ's to China that their good pal trump loves so much, and let them run that gov. Instead.

The problem with at least two generations of now-rightwing Republicans has been being "homeschooled since infancy" (read Michelle Goldberg, 2006)...a.k.a., brainwashed on purpose...in all 50 states thanks to a CULT branch leader from The Family (a.k.a., Heritage Foundation, Youth With A Mission, C Street, etc.---same biblical-literalist CULT, just different façade names). The GOP was seized by religious fanatics (to include the likes of hissy-snake Pat Robertson, theocratic-COUP-seeking Heritage Foundation, et al.) during the Reagan days, when economic terrorist Grover Norquist crawled out of the woodwork as "economic advisor" advocating the new GOP's corporate-colluding, nation-destroying rant of "smaller government" (code word for removing all oversight, all consumer protections, and all systems of checks and balances) so that the wealth could be concentrated at the very top...all done with the "help" of the ever-evil Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Wolfowitz of BCCI infamy. The homeschooled-from-infancy generations lost the ability to think critically or to distinguish between truth and fiction---each one taught using only a literal interpretation of scripture as the base "text" and each one taught that they (and they alone) are "God ordained to take dominion over every level of [government] 'the Beast' and over all nonbelievers" (any of us who do NOT accept a literal interpretation of the Bible (Buy-Bull if taken literally) as the law of the land). CULT branch leader Michael Farris (in Goldberg, 2006) called these brainwashed generations his "Generation Joshua"---each one groomed to be a minion in the Heritage Foundation (and The Family) goal of staging a religious-fanatic COUP from inside the U.S. political system at local, state, and federal levels (also read Jeff Sharlet, 2008 and 2010).

How do we de-indoctrinate these brainwashed since infancy Republican-extremist unfortunates? Maybe we cannot, so the best solution for now is to simply KEEP THEM OUT OF POWER in order to maintain economic (fiscal) SANITY for our nation.

You are correct. The government works well when there is an equal balance of capitalism and socialism. We no longer have that balance because our politicians receive legal kickbacks from the capitalists to vote on bill and subsidies that benefit them. They are destroying the middle class and it has put us at the eighth place out of the top ten countries using the standard of living scale measured by GDP. The countries with the most social programs rank above us. Japan and Ireland are below us.

omg this is so stupid. The rich doesn't have their wealth on cash they are rich because unlike poor people, they spend it on things with intrinsic and durable value...the money you see on Forbes is estimated by the value of their possessions since most of their money is converted. To understand why giving money to the pour without teaching them how to use it is useless, check this out:

American Republicans are of two types.

The liars. And those who believe them.

The liars prey on the feeble-minded, paranoid, bigoted types - and cash in. They use God, Guns, and Gays to get them riled up, while stealing from them. It's shameful.

The 2014 election was more about "Obama's tryin' to kill us all with Ebola!" than anything else.

Name one country in the world where there are not very rich and very poor. It's the working middle class that has always kept the economy moving.
