Doesn't she realize that MOST PEOPLE are in debt and cannot afford to give money to them?
Why not give that kind of money to people here in America that are starving or homeless?
There's so much of the world outside of America it's impossible to save all of them.
We're not all rich debtfree Americans like politicians such as herself making 6 figure salaries.
Many people in the US live in crappy rundown homes and drive crappy cars because they don't have the money for repairs or new cars like she and other politicians have.
And this crap about celebrities helping them, those celebrities could easily help us instead. They're debtfree millionaires. It's hypocritical of them to say help Haiti when they won't help people here.
I'm not saying what happened in Haiti wasn't bad, it was bad and I feel bad for those people to, but when you help them only to ignore all the needy people here in the US, that's just wrong.
If your kid(America) is starving and so is your cousin(another country), as much as you love both you should take care of your own kid(America) before you take care of your cousin(another country).
She was a really good actress in that commercial, but now what can't she show that same type of sympathy and empathy for the millions of Americans having a hard time getting by?
It's hypocritical, you know.
I mean, America is not a rich country. If it was, every person here would be living it up and comfortably., and payday loan places wouldn't even exist in this country. Payday loan places say a lot about how not-so-rich America really is. It's pathetic. Nobody should be living paycheck to paycheck like that in America if America is supposed to such a rich country.
