Why is Iran not allowed to develop nukes but Israel and the West can?

Iran is not an aggressive country. This is a fact. Since the Islamic Republic of Iran was established in 1979 it has only been in one war in its entire existence. This war was against Iraq and it was purely defensive as Iraq was the one who invaded. Israel has been in over 5 wars and offense and nations in the West have been in dozens but they are allowed nuclear weapons?

Iran is also not anti-Semitic. Iran has and had multiple Jews in its Parliament such as Maurice Motamed, Manuchehr Eliasi and Ciamak Moresadegh. Their president Ahmadinejad just wishes to see the nation of Palestine liberated from Zionist control. He has stated on multiple occasions that Zionists are not true Jews.

Lastly, Ahmadinejad never has claimed to wipe Israel off the map by force. This was an intention mistranslation by the West. What he said in Persian was:

"Imam ghoft een rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods bayad az safheh-ye ruzgar mahv shavad."

This translates to: "The Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time."

So, why is Iran not allowed to have nuclear capabilities when they have proven their nations is much more peaceful than any of ours?

The regime in Iran funds most of the muslim terrorism in the world and directly or indirectly provides most of the bombs that the muslim terrorists use.



If Iran is permitted to develop nuclear weapons, the Iranian regime will give those nuclear weapons to muslim terrorists to use around the world. REMEMBER muslim terrorists do not need a missile or an airplane to deliver a nuclear weapon to it's target. All the muslim terrorists need is a delivery truck to hide the nuclear weapon among the other freight and deliver the nuclear weapon the the destination where the nuclear weapon is to be used.



As bad as it is that the muslim terrorists bomb street cars, restaurants and day care centers, it would be far worse if the muslim terrorists had nuclear weapons that they could use to level an entire city.



That is why we must never permit this Iranian regime to get nuclear weapons.

Good post. Actually all this time I believed the stuff I heard in the debates whereby candidates like Romney claimed Iran wanted to nuke Israel out of existence. If what you say is true then we have been lied to. I will keep what you said in mind. I have no quarrel with Iran.
