What are the primary reasons that REAGAN'S considered one of the worst Presidents of all time? Was it his illegal dealings w/Iran?

Or mostly because he was so supportive of Racist Apartheid? Or is it because of his Budget Deficits that were so catastrophic?

I know the Reagan Administration had more documented corruption than any President in U.S History.
And I also am aware that his policies allowed hundreds of thousands of family farms go out of business...

Are those considered the primary reasons he's regarded by most political analysts as the worst President in American History?

Or was it more to do with him ignoring the AIDS Epidemic and letting hundreds of thousands die?

Some people have told me it's because he had Alzheimer's while in office and that it made him essentially retarded and he operated mostly as a semi-retard while in office.

Is that accurate?

By the time Reagan left office, FY 1989 which is the last budget he signed, had $1.3 BILLION in AIDS funding.



$1.3 Billion in AIDS funding doesn't sound like Reagan was ignoring the problem to me. But you Reagan haters never did give a damn about the truth anyway!

And if budget deficits are partly to blame for a President being worst of all time, then Obama will be by far the worst. Even if factoring in inflation, Obama will nearly double what Reagan ran up in debt.
