Question:
Why can't GWB be impeached?

He has done much worse than Clinton. He has led America into a war based on lies. He, in my opinion, is guilty of crimes against humanity. I mean, if Clinton can be brought up for impeachment because of a freaking *$%#job, why, oh why, isn't the same effort being made to get GWB out of office?

because the Republicans were in control of Congress during Clinton and are during Bush II.

Actually he can be impeached. But YOUR liberal Democrats know better than to even try. YOUR liberal Democrats wouldn't even back Russ Feingold's censure motion.

In your opinion? Let me explain the facts of life. The Democrats of Congress don't care what your opinion is. They KNOW even if the controlled the house and senate they couldn't prove any of the things you want him impeached for?

Impeachment because he lied? Do you want every politician who has 'lied' kicked out? There won't be anyone left to impeach Bush. Amd in case you REALLY don't remember. Clinton wasn't impeached for getting a BJ. He was impeached because he lied about it before God and Everybody.

Actually the smart move would have been to finish the impeachment and kick Clinton out. That would have made Gore a sitting President rather than a wannabe. Surely that would have been enough to pick up enough votes in Florida to give him the election. But then YOUR liberal Democrats haven't been too fricking smart lately.

He hasn't committed a crime. Clinton's problem was he couldn't keep his pants zipped.

Plus the House and Senate were controlled by the Republicans at that time as they are now.

By the way, maybe you haven't noticed , there hasn't been anything since 9/11 in the USA. I suppose if you thought about it, it has been luck, right?

Oh by the way. When Billy Clinton had the opportunity to take out Osama Bin Laden in 1991, he DID NOT. BinLaden then became the problem for the Presidents that came after Clinton.

1. War based on lies. Nope. Not true in the least. Go look up actual facts and try again. If you have time to ask stupid questions, then you have time to do actual research.

2. Crimes against humanity - for liberating 25 million people from a sadistic brutal tyrant? You have a cognitive dissonance problem?

3. Clinton was impeached for lying under oath (a real, actual crime), abuse of power and obstruction of justice. You really need to research facts, and not listen to your idiot echo chamber.

Worse than Clinton?

1. Clinton left the economy in a recession.

2. Enron and all the other major scandals happened under Clinton. The Bush administration had to clean it up.

3. Bush economy - 18 straight quarters of growth, unemployment under 5% - better than under Clinton.

4. Clinton attacked a sovereign nation (Serbia), without provocation or any national interest, without any UN sanction, targeted civilian targets (from high altitude), all based on a big lie (1000's and 1000's of Kosovars in mass graves). Why aren't you seeking his indictment in the world court?

5. Clinton attacked Iraq with 100's of cruise missiles, and implemented the US policy of regime change in Iraq, but never did anything.

6. Under Clinton, the WTC was bombed, embassies were bombed, overseas US military barracks were bombed, a naval ship was bombed, and he did nothing. It was his cowardice that led directly to the events of 9/11.

7. Clinton used the IRS to attack his political foes.

8. Clinton making religious cultists into extra-crispy critters.

9. Clinton's sexual harassment of women.

10. Clinton sullying this nation's White House by inviting terrorist Arafat, and terrorist apologist Gerry Adams.

11. Clinton's campaign pledge of a middle class tax cut, that never materialized.

I beleive impeachment requires a 2/3 vote in congress. Try doing a Google search on impeachment requirements. If enough people write their congressman calling for impeachment it might just happen.

We can't impeach gwb base on unreliable intelligence information he receive from CIA. We need more proof that he is really involved in the whole conspiracy in order to successfully impeach that monkey. He does look cute though. He needs to abdicate. Be careful, I bet he is listening to your phone conversations. He spend billions of dollars of our tax money to track anyone who oppose his tyanny. Best advice I can give you is never talk on phone again until he is out of white house.

just because Saddam was wrong, doesn't mean Bush is right. How idiotic. Anyhow, about your question, Republicans control all 3 branches of government-executive, legislative, and judicial now! No chance for a check and balance system to work...in fact, Bush has been untouchable since the first election that he didn't win! Forefathers never dreamed of Bush!!!!

Yeah BMW driver, I don't like Bush, so I must like Hitler and Saddam. THAT WASN"T THE QUESTION! Nobody thinks that Saddam should remain in power (except Bush Sr., in the early 90s), but that doesn't undo the fact that Bush lied to go and get him, and we have rules in this country, and you can't just invent them to fit your agenda. And, I must applaud you for using Hitler as your example, since he's the very reason my family immigrated to the U.S.!!! And believe me, we haven't seen that kind of evil since.

He has the best reason not to be impeached and it is called

DICK CHENEY. I am a democrat and I would love to see Bush impeached but only if we could get a 2 for 1 deal.

no reason that he couldn't

but articles of impeachment have to start in the house of representatives. The impeachment is then tried in the Senate. With a republican controlled house and senate there will be no impeachment

What crime against humanity is he guilty of? I guess you support Saddam and all of his killing of innocent Shi'ites and Kurds? Would you like to go dance on the graves of the hundreds of thousands of innocents that Saddam and his henchmen slaughtered? It sounds like it, since you think they should have been left alone to keep slaughtering the population without any intervention. It sound to me like you are supporting those that really committed crimes against humanity with your propoganda.

it will be very hard to force a republican controlled house and senate to impeach, but it can be done if enough Americans speak out and demand it.

1.2.2 Justification for Invasion

1.2.2 Justification for Invasion + devote to arguing and belaboring the point with the rest of us. The evidence was cooked up over a period of several months, and anybody paying attention knew even at the time that the WMD was a bald faced lie. This has now been proven as fact. Not only were no WMD found, but there was never any real evidence that there was any WMD, and the CIA report was that those weapons which Saddam had were destroyed or inoperable. The Bush administration lied to justify the war.

1.7 Hurricane Katrina

1.7 Hurricane Katrina "FEMA" was technically disbanded and its resources given to the Department of homeland security. The agency was slow to respond because domestic emergencies were not in its original mission statement. Evidence suggests that the flooding could have been stopped easilly by sufficient deployment of US resources. Further evidence suggests that the US military actually destroyed the Levees. Detainment and abuse of Katrina victims as if they were prisoners of war. Despicable refusal to allow rescue operations by other parties.
