Question:
Is the problem GOP "Obstructionism" or did Chris Matthews state what the real problem is?

President Obama "obviously likes giving speeches more than he does running the executive branch," Chris Matthews said tonight.

"What part of the presidency does Obama like? He doesn't like dealing with other politicians -- that means his own cabinet, that means members of the congress, either party. He doesn't particularly like the press.... He likes to write the speeches, likes to rewrite what Favreau and the others wrote for the first draft," Matthews said.

"So what part does he like? He likes going on the road, campaigning, visiting businesses like he does every couple days somewhere in Ohio or somewhere," Matthews continued. "But what part does he like? He doesn't like lobbying for the bills he cares about. He doesn't like selling to the press. He doesn't like giving orders or giving somebody the power to give orders. He doesn't seem to like being an executive.”

40 votes to repeal Obamacare when they know it never will be repealed.

Instead of doing their jobs and voting on something that might actually get passed and help the American people.

Appears Matthews if finally waking up to smell the coffee. Too bad the coffee pot boiled dry, broke and set the kitchen ablaze and that fire has spread to the rest of the house and neighborhood.

The "obstruction" is Harry Reid and the Democrats who have refused to put to a vote any of the annual budgets (as required by federal law) sent to him by the Republicans in the lower house. No budget? Enter Obama and his "sequester."

Matthews is a Douche Bag who is way past his understanding of this country. He again misses the point. Obama does not care how he ends the country he hates. He only cares about how many dumb people he can convince he's right.

He likes the publicity. He likes everyone seeing him and knowing he's the President.
