Why doesn't Fox "News" care about terrorism?

A highly sophisticated bomb was found in Spokane, Washington along a crowded parade route just four days ago and updates on this story don't appear anywhere on Fox's front page. Is it because they feel that controversy over programming on MTV is more important? Do they not care because the bomb was targeting African Americans at a Martin Luther King day parade? Is it because it doesn't fit their convenient narrative of the brown middle-eastern bogeymen who are the only threat to your existence?

The point is that Fox News PRIORITIZES terrorist behavior in all cases besides this one, which begs the question, why?

I checked the FRONT PAGE...nothing about this, you would really have to dig and find the link on there site or do a search specifically for this incident.
