Is the Cowboy Poetry Festival a legitimate use of tax payer's money?

Should we pay for it. No. the tickets, and price of things are outrageous. Some one is making big money. There is no reason why there should be getting grants. 50,000 people at a festival and no money to pay for the poetry winner. BS. That is pure pork.
