I don't think any of them were prosecuted..Helen Jones-Kelley had to resign, and of course the two assistants involved were fired. Joe has a suit against them now.
*unbelievable--why does anyone think it's okay for a state to do this to someone? Even if you have an irrational hatred for the man, it COULD HAVE BEEN YOU if you asked Obama the wrong question. If you support that kind of thuggery, you would deserve it when it happens to you.

Surely you're not insinuation that eh "transparent" Obama administration would use the medical records of their enemies for political gain once the government gained control over them all.
Obama and his puppetmasters are following the Saul Alinsky playbook line by line. The dim bulbs of our nation are gleefully giving control of their freedom over to a smarmy used-car salesman.
