The downfall of Saddam Hussein created a power vacuum, that part was George W. Bush's' fault, he should have left Saddam's sons in power rather than taking them out too.



ISIS knew they didn't stand a chance against the U.S. Military when they were in Iraq so they waited until forces moved out of Iraq, it was Barack Obama's fault for moving troops out of Iraq prematurely, Obama should have listened to the Generals and he would have known to take more appropriate measured to prevent ISIS from taking over.
