maybe because someone from the "other side" would take that value system and automatically superimpose it into barack's personal values to hurt him politically



this is tacky, extreme side politics at its ugliest. i hate this sh!t, man. who cares if his church says that? the church i was raised worshiping just started calling litter a sin. i'm not going to denounce it because i don't agree with every single tenet.



i have a very difficult time swallowing the pill i'm being force-fed by the right that says he is all of a sudden going to turn into some kind of farrakhan with a big desk when he's elected into office. i don't know yet if i like the man...i don't know enough of his policies even at this point, but this is just smearing that detracts from any progress we desperately need. he denounced that ridiculous pastor's borderline-amusing racist rants...he wouldn't denounce the man b/c he has been a loyal friend of his family for years. i understand that.
