Question:
Politically speaking...ever find yourself ideologically aligned with strange bedfellows?
The Axe Of Jon

I noticing that, read comments on gov't corruption and failed two party system and tyrannical private central bank... I'm like "YES!".... then they gotta throw in a "ship the blacks out" comment. Smh. Ironic that I'd be the villain if started talking about race. But then again, take the race rhetoric out, and many White Supremacists, Nation Of Islam members, and Alex Jones are all saying the same thing.

That's just me though, anyone else find themselves in similar positions?

Syllogistic Libertarian

All the time. I once worked a NORML booth at a college fair with an out and out marxist. Strange bedfellows for a die hard Libertarian. Actually a lot of supremacist groups (which are about as non-libertarian as you can get) love the libertarian policies on freedom of association. One thing that I've noticed is that when somebody diametrically opposed to my beliefs decides to agree with me it's usually for the wrong reasons. Although multiple aspects of the same bill can sometimes bring people together in support or opposition.
Pragmatism Please

I am a Reagan-esqe conservative but my party has moved so far the the right extreme that I find myself on the outside frequently. I'm still looking for factual support for some of the outlandish things I read on this forum from the more zealous of the extremists.

You should really tell us what that one issue is, now that you brought it up. Zero tollerance to abortion?

My gut instinct is to agree with you but it forces our hand. If the parent tests dirty, we don't pay for the children? The only option in that situation is to remove the children from the home, and that seems rather Draconian to me.

Rush will benefit extra listeners, as a result earn extra funds and Ann will sell extra books, as a result earn extra funds if Hillary is President. seventy 5% of their BS is so they are able to make funds. Democrats pay no interest to hurry or Ann and assured do no longer choose their help. it might desire to lose them votes. the two are overbearing or maybe the Republican social gathering is now attempting to distance themselves from Ann as she insults some distance to lots of human beings. as an occasion: the 9/11 widows and in a public speech she spoke of John Edwards as a ***. it rather is damaging to any social gathering. no you will be allowed to apply that distasteful word besides. and he or she calls herself a Christian. authentic Christians persist with the classes of Jesus and from my Bible examining He by no ability became away every person and preached love, compassion and forgiveness. possibly Ann remains living decrease than The previous Covenant. She hasn't examine some distance sufficient in her Bible to appreciate that we are living decrease than the hot Covenant.

I'm socially liberal but think those receiving aid for dependent children (federal welfare mandate) should be drug tested to ensure that they are "work ready" as required by the program and that their kids have a responsible parent.

I think they say that because they don't like the ones who don't act like respectable people. There are people like this in every racial group, not just with the blacks.

For example, one could bring up hick trailer trash, or the white supremacists...

Idk I'm Italian and Catholic so I'm just kind of out here on my own.

I've only recently discovered that I am socially-liberal and I am attacked by conservatives when I express that, so yea, I know exactly what you mean.

Yes. I'm very liberal about everything, except one thing. Even most conservatives are more liberal than me, on this one certain issue.
